B&B has been committed to providing Old World craftsmanship
and quality construction in America for over 22 years. Company
President and founder, Zarco Balac, along with his brothers,
all fourth generation builders, practiced their family trade
by constructing and renovating some of Europe’s most elegant
and beautiful residences and retail spaces. The Balac clan has
been producing artisans, craftsmen, and builders in Southern
Europe for over 200 years- grand father, to father, to son.
In the early 1970’s the Balac brothers journeyed to America
to start a new life and bring their family’s unique commitment
to quality construction and craftsmanship to the United States.
The company earned its sterling reputation by the flawless
work that it accomplished for museums, luxury town homes, and
Victorian hotel restorations. The growing company added expert
after hand picked expert from various disciplines to its staff
in order to handle the increasingly demanding work it was winning
bids for- holding to the Balac family tradition of high quality
and cost control by using their own highly skilled artisans
and craftsman. While our work ethic is timeless, our methods
